Can I preview before purchase?
Since our pieces are made by artists, we will do a final check with the customer after completion.
And provide unlimited revisions, only ship or start making the canvas after the customer approves and confirms to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final artwork. We will continue to work until it fully meets your expectations!
What if I don't like my design?
We will not stop working on your portrait until its absolutely purrr-fect! We offer unlimited revisions and only ship out your product after you are 100% satisfied. That way we ensure you are fully happy with the final art piece.
How long is the general production cycle?
1- Design Preview (2-3 days): Once you place your order, our designer will contact you within 1 day. Please keep an eye on the email from JoJo@joysnoot.com. If there are no issues with the pet photos provided, you will receive an email showcasing your paw print portrait within 2-3 days. Please take the time to carefully review it.
2- Production (1-3 business days): After approval, we enter production mode, which takes 1 to 3 days.
3- Shipping (4-8 business days or faster): Upon completion of production, your product will be securely packaged and shipped. Typically, shipping takes 4 to 8 business days.

Are your pet portraits digital or printed?
We provide both digital and printed options for your pet portrait. You can choose to receive a high-resolution digital file, a printed portrait, or both, depending on your preference.
Can I request revisions to my pet's portrait?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with the portrait of your pet. If you are not completely satisfied with the initial digital draft, please let us know, and our artists will make the necessary adjustments. We offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. So you can buy with confidence.
